"Just to let you know how satisfied I wam with your staff. It all started when I called a few months ago just to get a simple part from your company. They were so helpful in taking care of me on a $15.00 part. So now I need some repairs on my 1980 Goldwing. I called 2 other repair shops and they did not seem very interested in my business. So I called yesterday and spoke to one of your counter people. The mechanic that was going to work on older bikes was out of the store. Instead of blowing me off he said I could bring the bike out and he would give me a free estimate. Being that I live in the North Hills and how cold it was, because of the help I got from your staff I brought the bike out.
You should be very proud of the people that you have working for you.

"Thanks for the superior assistance with my purchasing the 1981 Honda SilverWing. It was a long day getting out there after working a few hours in Baltimore and fighting with rush hour traffic and bad weather in Pittsburgh. Once there the stress of my drive was all over when I saw the Honda; the bike was as advertised and just the deal I expected. No worries or hassles. Thank you for helping me load the bike on the U-Haul trailer, it towed just fine. I made it home at about 1 am this morning. I even made time today to find a nice cover and got the tax, title and license taken care of. The bike is a historic classic and I am looking forward to many years of ownership.

"For the last two years, I've been coming to this dealership for parts/service because I was unsatisfied elsewhere. The moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed and the staff has been excellent at both the parts counter and the service department. Recently, I decided to get a bigger bike and deck it out for touring. I got a 2007 VTX1300 Retro.. and loaded it up with A LOT of accessories. Andy Pampena in finance was fantastic, again the parts guy Matt Houy... outstanding, and the owner John Bergman made me feel like I was his one and only customer at the time. Thanks guys!!"

"My wife and I are very excited about the new HRC chapter at West Hills Honda. Not only are the owners and staff at the dealership super on service and giving great support for our new chapter, but the members we met at our first meeting are very friendly and safety-conscious about riding. We're off to a good start with enthusiastic newly elected chapter officers. We are already setting up some great rides, charity runs, and a Motorcycle Safety Foundation seminar for 2006. "First experience purchasing a bike in over 20 years.Ron took his time going over all the aspects of each model and explained in detail the differences. Michelle dove right in with the financing and in no time I was all set to go. Then came the fun part...accessorizing! Ron and I just went crazy. Next thing you know we got Mike involved and what an enjoyable time we all had. "We only came to Moon Twp. looking for a tire for my XLH-1200 Sporty. My wife and I both love to ride, and had been "casually" looking for a bigger bike for more comfortable long-distance trips. We never thought we'd be able to afford a new bike, at least not for a few more years.
Then we saw the advertisement for the VTX1800S. We asked about the "special" price, and the West Hills Honda Staff made us a deal that we absolutely could not pass up! We took home our new Cruiser that day! What a great Deal! What a fantastic ride!
